By contrast, a custom concrete pool is built on-site by hand. Your materials and labor costs will be higher as a result.

A custom concrete pool installation would be between $95,000 and $115,000 for a base price. The cost of each type of pool will increase with the size and complexity of the pool, as well as your choices for pool decking, add-ons, and more.

The location of your pool can affect the overall cost as well. If it’s difficult to get heavy machinery into your yard, we have to remove a lot of trees and rocks, you have a steeply sloped yard, or excavation uncovers a water table issue, your overall cost can go up.
