The Consultation

The excitement begins the minute you step into our design showroom to explore a full display of pool materials and design options. This is where you and Woodfield’s staff will discuss your vision for your backyard and your budget. Our experienced staff will help you discover the best options to make your experience truly exceptional. Once you sign a design contract, we move on to the next phase.

PRECISION MEETS STYLE

The Design

Our design process, which includes an onsite survey of your property, is critical to giving you the unique outdoor living experience you deserve. Our landscape architects take precise measurements and note changes in elevations to provide you with a complete project scope. This ensures that every detail you want is included in your proposal. Our cutting-edge 3D design rendering will turn your dream backyard into a reality. You review the design and we make any changes that are needed.

Once you sign the build contract, the planning for building begins.

SCHEDULING AND COORDINATION

The Plan

Woodfield applies for all the necessary permits. While we are waiting for the permits, our Client Care Coordinator assists you in choosing your pool materials, including tile, coping, plaster, and pool decking.

Meanwhile, our drafting department is busy completing a series of detailed drawings for your review and approval. This plan has all the details of the pool, such as depth of benches, contour of the floor, sun shelf, and water features.

At the same time, our Project Coordinator is busy ordering all your selections, lining up the steel, shotcrete, plaster, and water trucks.

The last step before construction starts is the stakeholders meeting. You meet your Project Manager and review the schedule. We answer any final questions you may have.

The Build

Now the part you’ve been waiting for starts. Our construction process is backed by decades of experience with a commitment to deliver exceptional results.

The onsite construction process includes:

Job site management reviews to ensure minimal disruption of the home environment.
A dedicated project supervisor to oversee every step of the project. Our trusted, uniformed crew will serve you throughout the project.
The last step will include a final walk-through to discuss product information and maintenance.
